Estimated grain number and cellular grain density relative to background grain density are automatically calculated.
Cellular positions are automatically mapped within brain structures.
Use bright field or fluorescent labels to define cells profiles and dark field illumination to count grains. Use dual labeling with grains and bright field or fluorescent immunohistochemical labels.
