BIOQUANT Feature: Automatic Interlabel Width and Double Label Surface

The dLS tool on the Auto Measure dialog box is designed to collect unbiased direct automatic width measurements of interlabel distance and double label surface simultaneously.

A SYNOPSIS OF THE INTERLABEL WIDTH PROCEDURE

1. The user clicks along the outer label to trace it.
2. The user clicks along the inner label to trace it. The width lines are generated.
3. If the user is satisfied, the user clicks the Save All Data to save all of the widths to the Ir.L.Wi Interlabel Width array and the Double Label Surface to the dLS Double Label Surface array.

dLS Tool Settings
The following settings can be adjusted on the dLS Tool:

• Micron distance interval between width lines.
• Perpendicularity of width lines.
• Whether the average or all widths are saved.
