BIOQUANT Topographer Add-on
The BIOQUANT Topographer Add-on to is used to create 2D maps and 3D models of data. It is available for both BIOQUANT OSTEO and BIOQUANT Life Science.
In the BIOQUANT core program, when the “Save to Topo Array” feature is active in the main BIOQUANT program, every mark and tracing generated during measurement is also recorded as a series of topographic data points.
BIOQUANT’s Topographer Add-on uses this topographic data to reconstruct first a wire frame atlas, then a three dimensional, surface rendered model of the measured structures.
