Recommended 69401 Multi-band Filter Cube from Chroma
Working with Chroma Technologies, CoolLED has developed a 3 channel filter match to the excitation wavelengths of the CoolLED pE-300 White. Learn more at Chroma.com.
The strength of the three excitation wavelengths (375nm / 475nm / 575nm) are independently controllable. The pE-300 is normally matched to a Chroma 69401 triple-band filter cube. This eliminates the need to switch cubes to view different labels. Labels can be excited individually or simultaneously. Compatible with DAPI, Calceine / FTIC / Alexa 488, Alizarin Red / Texas Red / Alexa 594. Cube sold separately.
